It seems my mom has been delinquent in getting some of the
stunning pictures of me to my webmaster! However, his absolute favorite
birthday gift of all time in many a decade is this incredible CD he received of
a special photo album showing my incredible beauty, modesty, and talents.
In
honor of the holidays, we are celebrating the 12 Days of SkooterPie. In
fact the year should be called the 365 Days of SkooterPie! (We'd have to
change it in leap years which are also presidential election years...can't wait
for 2008!)
This is what happens on the 12 Days of SkooterPie!
- I get a turkey in a pear tree
- Two omelets for breakfast
- Three very yummy hens in a pot pie
- Four fried chickens (hey I'm getting sick of
all this poultry!)
- Five golden litter boxes
- Six geese a laying a bunch of golden eggs to
pay for crestor (all that cholesterol!)
- Seven mice a swimmin' (boy that sure
looks funny because they can't do the back stroke!)
- Eight maids a milking. I need my calcium
to keep my strong bones. The maids are also doing a lot of
housework to keep the house in order. Only one of the maids to
milk, the other seven are rehanging the kitchen cabinet over the
refrigerator.
- Nine felines dancing. They are doing the
dance of the 7 Veils which means that we need 63 veils that my mom has
to sew!
- Ten people a leaping! (look if we had
all those cows to milk, you'd be leaping over something and I can't say
what it is on this family website!)
- Eleven plumbers adding to the water closets
and renovating them. They also have to get the ice maker and
filtered water dispenser working in the refrigerator. With all
those people running around, we need to upgrade the facility!
- Twelve days at Hallbrook! After hearing
all those drummers and their racket, the maids tramping dirt through the
house, and those people leaping all over creation, I need piece and
quiet. A week with Boomer and Cassius is MUCH quieter!
