Have a heart!  Make it stop snowing!  I sink in it!!  The snow is deeper than me!

FEBRUARY:  HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY & PRESIDENT'S DAY EDITION
Well, I saw my shadow the other day which means another six weeks of winter!  If my Uncle Alan, the kitties pal, had been on the ball, he'd have told you about all my cousins out in PA who were looking for their shadows!  Anyhow, I'm working on my new book, "Cat Eye for the Cool Guy"!  it tells people how to adopt the really cool lifestyle of living like a cat!  That means taking lots of naps, get petted a lot, and be plain adorable...and life will be perfect.

WINTER BREAK!  Check out the cool kitties I met sunning themselves while I was cruising the beaches of Fort Lauderdale.

I also see that while I was away Buddy was snuggling up with Daisy....hmmm...that ain't fair!  However, check out the adorable bed I got for Valentine's Day this year!

In the meantime, I'm working on more things for the big V day in doing nice thoughtful things for the special people in my life.  I have a lot of fun climbing up on the open shelves at home.  It's really cool how Audrey has rehabbed the house a bit so I can climb up on the shelves and find some interesting things to do.  She also has to get some new music....as well as speakers now as I decided the old ones had to go...literally!

My family tree....Uncle Alan thinks that I must be part Burmese as I tend to gravitate towards vertical places.  As there are no 80' trees growing in the 2 story hallway going upstairs, I am forced to seek the tops of those cabinets.  Burmese are known for this!  They are also extreme lovable, intelligent, and bossy.  I wouldn't say I'm "bossy" but I do assert myself.  Remember this is the 21st century and we need to stand up for our rights!    Regardless, Alan is now politicking for the Skooter breed to be recognized.  If they can have Labradoodle dogs, the Skooter breed MUST be recognized.  We'll have a petition next month.

Pictured at right is a Valentine I got today from my girlfriend in downtown Manhattan (I ain't no slouch!).  She's a real beauty...her name is Zoe and lives with this cool guy named Bud.  Doesn't she have the hottest whiskers you've ever seen on a young damsel?  Zoe and I met online through a cat-alog!

I'm now working with my campaign manager to decide whether or not to run for president.  I have to develop a platform (a cat in every house!), see if I can get Socks (the former 1st cat to see if he has any good advice for me) to manage my campaign.  Garfield will be in charge of partying...he insists that we make lasagna the national food dish!  More on that platform will be developing this year...this is a time for change!  And what better than to have furry little four footed me running the country!  I run the house I live in and have Audrey well trained don't I?!

COOL WEBSITE!  As you know I normally don't give plugs to other websites....mine is the perfect one to visit.  However, anyone who likes this site most likely has a pet and enjoys pictures of them.  Digiprint is the source for items with images on them....mouse pads, coffee cups, tiles, t-shirts, clocks, etc.  Mom's favorite gift of all time (she likes it even better than her pearls and diamonds!) is the tile she has of me.  Go to their website or give them a toll-free call at 888-527-9501.  You can purchase online by uploading a scanned image or just mail in the photos and Brian'll take care of everytying for you.

Contact me at my own email address:  skooterpie401@aol.com

As this site does change quite a bit (like every month!), you can go to our archives to see what has happened in earlier months.  We also have a special riddle this month!

Hobbies include sleep, frolicking, eating, playing with toys, sleep, sitting in the window, sleep, sneaking outside the house.  In addition, I enjoy working on the computer and giving Alan tips on how to improve his website skills.  Business has been so good lately that I had to hire an assistant!  He's really good with the mouse - guess it takes one to know one.

My work days can be a bit stressful sometimes, but I always win.   In the general spirit of kindness, I'm sharing my pictures of other family members.

Awaiting my holiday mail...send those cards, letters, gifts (I love fleece), cash, fish, any type of food to me.  Gift wrap is optional.  If you do wrap the present, don't use a lot of tape....it's not easy for me to scratch it open.

About the website: It has been designed by my very dear friend Alan Weaver who actually designs websites and does computer training.

If you want more information, you can check out his business, the big picture.  If this sounds like a shameless plug for him, it is.  But he is also very competent and a good guy to know.
