Skooter goes into publishing!  After his failed attempt to take over the Wall Street Journal, he has decided to create his own special tabloid that will highlight the occurrences of his escapades be they with celebrities, his tell-all about his illnesses, or just seeking his privacy! 

Feature articles and columns to appear in future issues include:

• Advice tips for the cat-lorn.  Learn how to charm your way into the cat of your dream's nine lives! 
• Discover what really makes Skooter tick as you learn about his hobbies, diversions, eccentricities (did you all know that he likes to circle his bed three times before going to sleep?) 
• Health tips - after Skooter's health scare earlier this year, he shares his tips for staying healthy.  This includes naps, lots of rest, relaxation as well as a nutritious breakfast and dinner every day.  
• Book reviews - as there is a constant influx of new publications on cats constantly being published, there will be reviews and excerpts from upcoming literature.  Skooter will be starting a book club which will rival Oprah's. 
• Cat Style section - Rachael Ray has not devoted sufficient time to cat styles.  Plans include a syndicated tv show on the Fox network.  Goals also include renaming the network Cat.
