It's summertime and it's going to be a lot of fun at the new Skooter Camp.  This deluxe camp offers both daytime sessions as well as overnighters for the week, month, or season.  Check out Daisy's website!   

Many of the tasks that we work on during the summer to improve your cat's disposition and skills include the following:

• Naps
• Finding handy places in your home to nap
• Determining the best time of day to nap in the sun
• Dream analysis
• Cruises on the SS Daisy Mae!

Other projects on the agenda include the following:

• Putting on a musical such as Spamalot or The Producers, providing we can get author approval to improve the plot as well as adjust the set height to accommodate our stars.  At right you can see me giving the "hands-up" to our stars. 
• Comparisons between kitty litter and sand in building castles. This will be done at the beach.
• Fiber analysis of beach towels to see which one is most conversant to keeping us dry as well as comfort level.
• Waxing the furniture.  It is important to keep it very shiny!  Resting on it preserves the patina!
• Kitty art contest.  This is a very competitive contest.  Remember, we do not have opposable thumbs so it is very challenging to create memorable artwork.
• Barbecue!  We will have some unique items at our barbecue but it will all be very healthy.  This summer's specialty will be grilled squirrel.  It's very tasty with a spicy Tabasco sauce! 
• Keeping the webmaster awake...at right you can see him dozing off and I have to give him the ole scratchy tongue!
