Getting ready for my barbecue and festivities.  I better stay away from that firecracker!

SPECIAL SUMMER TIMES ISSUE
Summer officially arrived and hopefully it'll stay a lot longer than last winter!  When it's warm so I sit by the fan and watch the fur fly by!  It's time to have a few barbecues and to get the steaks on the grill.  Hopefully I'll catch a birdie and can have grilled bird!!   You can see the July 4th parade crawling across my screen.  (in fact you'll see it there for the rest of the summer...it is so much fun to see these wondrous objects of summer!)

As you can see the dog days of summer are literally upon us!  Daisy and I had a wild evening....I took her to see Garfield and she was exhausted from it.  (I wish she'd stop snoring...it really is distracting and the neighbors are making comments!) 

Next week she plans to take me to the remake of Lassie starring Justin Timberlake and Paris Hilton.  The buzz from all the film festivals is that it is considered a "must-miss" movie! 

Cassius loves treats!  No, Pepperidge Farm did not pay Cassius to suck down the last few Goldfish!  But man, he love going after them.  He spent a weekend at his Aunt Audrey's and had a blast with Skooterpie and all his pals.  (click on either these pictures to get an enlargement.)  We're now working a reality series for Fox TV.  Tentative name:  Who wants to be afraid of Skooterpie?  The elimination in this show is brutal.  Contestants have to identify different brands of cat food, angel food cake, and whipped cream by texture and smell while blindfolded.  Speaking of going to the dogs, at right you'll see Murphy, who I've nominated as dog of the month...maybe the year.  Click on the picture and you'll see why! 

As a new feature (or as long as my webmaster thinks of it), we'll have a featured Website....wherein you can check out the goods on other kitties out there.  This site is about Burmese Cats.  This is a bunch of great people from down under and it tells you about what I am.  Check it out!

Hobbies include sleep, frolicking, eating, playing with toys, sleep, sitting in the window, sleep, sneaking outside the house.  In addition, I enjoy working on the computer and giving Alan tips on how to improve his website skills.  Have you met my assistant!  He's really good with the mouse - guess it takes one to know one. 

My work days can be a bit stressful sometimes, but I always win.   In the general spirit of kindness, I'm sharing my pictures of other family members.
