It is critical that the parquet floor be of proper finish and caliber		Thoroughly checking out the plumbing!

Some of our recommendations for property include:

• Hardwood floors...this keeps the hair from building up in the carpet as well as children tracking in mud.
• Windows with good exposure to sun...important for naps
• Scratchable surfaces...important for us to keep our claws properly maintained
• Deluxe homes will have multiple litter boxes for the persnickety buyer!Get a choice of clay, gravel, or organic
• Mice in the rafters are desirable as it provides food, entertainment, and exercise! 

Pictured at left is a very specialized property!  Skooter is busy doing comparable values on this high rise.  he is still trying to figure out why there are no windows on the lower level.  There is a chimney but there is no fireplace!  Then there is the question about why the moon is facing the wrong direction!
